The cover image is from the TV series "The Last Survivor", which perfectly recreates a scene with a giraffe from the game, and it's a real giraffe.

Tracing the Heart, meaning that the footprints of the soul flow with the shadow, recording, tracing, and contemplating one's inner world. At the same time, weekly recommendations of interesting information seen.

Reading#

I finished reading two books this week, "Delivering Packages in Beijing" and "Mastering Habits", and participated in a reading event on WeChat Reading. If you read for 360 days within a year and have a reading time of 360 hours, you can get a one-year membership of WeChat Reading after the event ends. Originally, I didn't plan to participate because the books that require a paid membership can be downloaded and imported from z-library. However, I felt that this event was quite cost-effective and could motivate myself to read, so I decided to participate.

I finished reading these two books during my commute on the subway. I used to not believe those people on social platforms who claimed to read one or two hundred books a year, but now I believe it. As long as you focus on reading, you will feel that there is not enough time for reading. I used to spend my commute time watching TikTok, but the more I watched, the less interesting it became. It's just those types and content, such as funny short videos, pet-related content, three-minute explanations of classic scenes from movies or TV shows. There are too many bloggers of this kind, and I'm a bit tired of their content. Now I need to make a change, try to slow down, calm down, read books, and take my dog for a walk in the early morning when spring comes.

Speaking of z-library, I received an email claiming to be from z-library before. I clicked on the link to the official website and found that it looked a bit strange, different from the previous interface. I tried searching for several books but couldn't find any content. However, I found "Mastering Habits". When I tried to download it, it prompted me to get a premium membership, which seemed even more suspicious. It turned out to be a fake website. I searched on v2ex and found that some people had been scammed. It's better to stick to the official TG.

Channels#

Recently, the bloggers raye and airing have created their own channels, and they have also created their own channels, which automatically synchronize their blogs, weekly updates, books, movies, TV shows, and articles they have collected on Douban. The book "Mastering Habits" mentions the four methods of developing habits, including making it obvious and making it enjoyable. Whether it's writing a weekly update every week or reading books and watching highly-rated movies and TV shows, developing these habits, such as synchronizing them to my own channel after finishing them, does bring me joy and helps me develop these habits.

Homepage#

Due to changing browsers, I lost the wallet associated with my xlog account and didn't have a backup of the mnemonic phrase, so I had to register a new account. Now both my blog and weekly updates are posted on xlog, and it's really convenient to use the sync-to-xlog plugin to update them to xlog.

I created a new blog site (just changed weekly), and now both of them are displayed on my homepage.

And I migrated all of these from Vercel to Zeabur.
